A young man is suddenly held captive by his own family but it is unclear from whom he is trying to escape.
The key to happiness is freedom and the key to freedom is courage.
Written and Directed by James Everett
The narrative of I’ll Be Home Soon explores why someone maybe accused of an atrocity. How we believe someone maybe capable of such things may stem from how we as an audience (or in general) perceive the background of the individual - but is it upbringing that fashions and molds people? The question of whether nurture overpowers nature is perhaps only matched by the question of on whose volition it is carried.
Ultimately, I'll Be Home Soon is about one man's search for happiness. It just remains to be seen at what cost it will come.
